UIF, ***ual conduct, and hygen at MNANDI SPAR, plot 38 Tulip Rd Mnandi, Centurion Monavoni road

Hi, I'd like to remain anonymous on this email as it might jeopardize my job. I've been working for Spar Mnandi in Centurion for the past two years and have witnessed *****ulent activities by management. Most of the employees here are not registered for UIF and we don't even have payslips. I don't know which channels I need to go through in order for this matter to be addressed by law. We are denied payslips because our salaries are not stable. It fluctuates from month to month and I'm a little worried that I'm not even registered for UIF. Inspectors come from time to time (including police officers) but it seems they are being paid off. Our butchery is beyond filthy and concerning health reasons the food isn't healthy for our customers and it could also compromise our own health because we eat the food there. Our bosses Martin, Moodly and Naomi are not concerned about our well being because we only dress up for health and safety on days there's going to be an inspection at the store. My main concern is cleanliness and UIF, however there's a lot of hidden agendas going on includince but not limited to ***ual harrasment in the workplace. I would really appreciate it if this is exposed or looked into because our jobs could be on the line if nothing is done.
