Uhygenic food

Today I bought 2 rock buns at Spar Plattekloof in Cape Town, as I ate I could tell that the bun was soily, but could not confirm and continue eating and to my greatest surprise. I was busy and I realised I tried to crush a small hard stone with my teeth, the stone was similar to the raisins in the rock bun......

That on its own confirms that indeed the bun was soily as I had suspected, this is really concerning and completely unhygienic.....

How do you sell and/or bake something that has been contaminated, completely unacceptable.
