****ty service from a Supervisor at Spar in Tsakane

Firstly, people who think they have got power to Insult customers because they are now Supervisors or what, that's unacceptable. I have been receiving bad service from one of the Supervisors at Tsakane Superspar, I don't know if there's something wrong when I need to make a refund for unwanted goods.

Sonto, who's the Supervisor at Spar said "Check those things if they were not bought 'emakgonco' which means I might have bought the goods from somewhere, yet I had a receipt with me." Well if we continue to be served like trash in these stores, I feel pity for the owners because we won't be tarnishing the people who do bad things for the business, but we'll be saying "Tsakane Superspar" so better if they train people who'll be willing to help their customers than those who'll give us insults because they are Supervisors.

I want to say this in full anger that This stupid Sonto doesn't deserve to be one of the Management team at Spar, she doesn't have any true Qualities of being a leader, what is she passing through the other colleagues? "We need people who'll serve us customers with a Smile, not those who think they've made it in life because of being supervisor"
