Tuffcast pots??????? Still waiting

Is their anyone else who's still waiting for tuffcast pota. I filled my book long time ago, emailed spar customer care, got a called to pacify me and till today I'm waiting. They have new book out for glasses but my 3000r book are still sitting in my wallet. We are loyal customers but being treated like this. I'm very disappointed in Spar. It use to be my favorite shop but if this is how they treat loyal customers I don't think I can shop their anymore. I know of few Ppl who sit with same problem.
