Treating the elderly badly

My Mom of 70 years was treated so badly-during this covid 19 experience. They would not let he in to Ferndale Spar, because i was told she is riff raff, the fact that she needed the help, to go to the shops in the first place and then be told she cant come in with me as they trying to keep out the rif raff.

What the Hell? disgusted and truly upset.
