Treating regular customer for more than 5 years as a ********

I have been a regular customer of Spar and Tops Parkrand for more than 5 years. I am very well known to the staff as I greet them and see them frequently. Imagine my anger on New Years Eve when I buy food from the Spar, BUY bags, and then get refused entry to the Tops without the security guard tying the bags together. Firstly I am not a *****, secondly I paid for those bags so why should you render them useless? and thirdly HOW DARE YOU treat me like a ***** when I haven't even got in the store yet! As a result of your useless security guard I was blocking the entrance and couldn't leave as there was a pile up of customers trying to get into the store. I eventually managed to get out of the entrance and decided to purchase my substantial drinks order else where. Your loss, not mine! I will certainly be using your store less frequently with this treatment.
