Treated unfairly

I went to Tops! Spar at Jubilee mall Hammanskraal i was holding a plastic bag of hair pieces thay i bought from another around and when inside the stop Tops spar the security officer by the name of Johnnes Mangena from Red Eagle security told me to put my plastic on the floor next to the door and i enter inside the shop and bought my drinks when I went where the i put my plastic bag of hair pieces it was ****** and the manager by the name of Joe came and told me there is nothing they can do the plastic bag of hair pieces has been ****** so i felt that they failed mw aa they dont have parcel counter to put our stuff as the customers and i need this matter to delt with thanks in advance
