Transaction not appearing at spar.

On the 3rd of November 2023 I swipped my capited card at super spar at Thavhani mall, at first it declined then the cashier tried for the second time and the transaction was successfully, I even got a bank notification on my phone that the transaction was successfully. The cashier told me that she can't see or print slip as it is showing on her side. She said I should leave the groceries at the store because the transaction is not showing on their system, so I shouldn't worry the money will reverse.okay I left the store.

On Saturday the 4th I decided to phone capit bank. I told the lady who was assisting me over the phone what happened at spar , she told to go back to spar and ask for the letter of authorization because she can see that the money it's still pending. Okay I went back to Thavhani mall super spar .when I got there I asked to see manager, she told me she won't be able to help me on Saturday so I xhoul leave my name and contact number she will phone me on Monday the 6th of November.

On the 6th I never received any call from the manager. Then on Tuesday the 7th I went back to spar when I got there she then phoned the head office. The problem is head office spar they are saying that on their system transaction is still within capitec bank. I took the letter of authorization to capitec, when I got there the person who was assisting me she said to me , spar was supposed to give the letter on Saturday since the money was still pending they could have reversed the money.

Now I dont know what to do with this matter. Capitec bank cannot dispute the transaction, Spar Super store they can't help because the transaction is not showing on their system. The statement is showing that the transaction was successfully done at spar. My money cannot vanish just like that, that's not fair.
