Township spoilt fish/food

<p>I bought a hake fillet and chips at a Township Spar in Bloemfontein, only to find it was not fresh when I contacted the outlet they verified that it was not "Today's". People are saying they sell spoilled food from Suburbian Spars.</p> <p>SPAR is this True</p> <p>Because Your customer care consultant was only interested on whether I had medical examination results</p>
