Total disrespect for customer service

<p>After voting, I might add, I ****ed into the Spar at Rink Str in Central, Port Elizabeth. just wanting to buy some cooked rice, I go stand at the appropriate section at the so called "deli". there are 3 sections, each with, i was mistaken, dedicated staff to help out the customers. so while i wait my turn, other customers come and stand at the opposite counter to me and get service. the one staff member noticies this, and tries to tell her superior, only to be told that i'm not in the queue. really? they don't even tell me to my face. more people come and get served, and i must stand like a fool. terrible service by an already terrible Spar, what was i expecting? see if they get my money or anyone i tell. seems i will rather go to Checkers, Shoprite or PnP instead.</p>
