Total disregard towards a loyal customer request.

I have been a loyal customer to Kwikspar Observatory Station Road , for almost 4 years and have had them bake a loaf of 100% Rye Bread for me every Sunday and Wednesday on my request for the last almost 4 years now , and i went as per usual today to fetch my loaf , and walked in to Kwikspar to collect the loaf and was told rudely by a lady staff member that the owner informed them not to bake my loaf, and if I'm not happy about it I'm to take his card and too contact him , it is procedure to write my request of my bread been baked for that week to be written in the request book weekly which Ive always done too date , i feel that its the owners duty to contact me and inform me as the paying customer, on the reasons why this service has been terminated, and not to get a lady staff member to rudely advise me of this termination of my bread been baked i only eat Rye bread for health reasons and now its been abruptly terminated without reason and rudely done so i might add , Ive only but supported this Kwikspar with all my shopping as i know they bake my bread weekly for me and now when i ask this lady staff member why this has happened i get told to call the owner and ask him why !
