Total disgust

I would like to express my concern on order number 41508; the driver never buzzed nor called me that he had arrived. On calling the store, Ridgeway branch, they all seem to take the drivers side and 5 hours later never received my delivery and furthermore received a message that my order has been cancelled yet, you have taken my money, how disrespectful and to still say that the driver has been there 2x. Such lies and to make me a **** is even more pathetic!!!!!!!! People please be careful of this branch!!!!!!!!!! This is absolute disgusting services of SPAR Ridgeway!!!!!!!
