Tops Watercrest NEVER HAS STOCK

Watercrest Mall is our local spar store and it was brilliant until we started noticing the SAME issues. Firstly, everytime we went into the Tops to buy beer or drinks for an occasion we were met with the same problem of no stock on crates of beer - not sure how they get a delivery and the demand is so huge that they dont replenish. BUT we noticed something on TWO separate occasions - that people were taking around 10-15 crates of beer - SURELY there are laws that need to be adhered and this needs to be recorded for the breweries to replenish stock accordingly. I went there again last Tuesday with TWO empty crates and all they could say was oh our delivery is tomorrow come back then - not offering me a credit on my crates or anything. I am reluctant to even go back there. Please Spar, you need to sort this out because what it looks like is people who run establishments are paying beer from you and then selling on to their customers which is A JOKE!
