Tops spar wont reinburse me for broken rotten beer!

I spoke to Ruan from Spar Algoa Park about the incident I came across opening the beers I bought at spar on Christmas Eve that were broken and had worms or whatever it is you call them

I send them an inbox regarding this and during the ban of alcohol he offered to compensate my money I got the beers for. I refused to just take the amount only for I had wasted my petrol driving to the store and driving out again on Christmas looking for beer since these ones were undrinkable. He refused to replace my petrol and told me he will address this when the ban of alcohol was lifted. Now today I recieve a call from him and his team saying I will not even recieve my money back just cause I asked for petrol reimbur*****t and that I don't have the bottles as proof (how would one keep such from last year Christmas), I also lost the slip even before I got home from Tops but since I swiped I told them I could produce my statement and they can look at the footage Still refused to give money back.

Please help me get my money back.
