<p>Been to the above store situated on Bluff road in Bluff 2 days ago.</p> <p>After looking for a specific type size of Nappies for my kid I could not find it.</p> <p>I alerted the floor staff and they called a manager by the name of Dumisane Raxexe.</p> <p>This well presented lad was so sensitive to my frustration that he smiled and sort of reassured</p> <p>me that he will do his utmost best. He then returned back with the correct size. I was so satisfied with the way he</p> <p>Reacted to the situation that when he approachd me even if he did not have stock I would have been</p> <p>Ok with it. Studying for a degree in marketing we are thought that a dozen words is not compulsory to keep a customer happy because all a customer needs is 1 soul satisfying emotion and this lad has this attribute.</p> <p>I am glad to also have seen this theory in my textbook practically.</p>
