Tops security behaves as a tyrant

Truly saddened by how a security guard at Tops (spar) in Lusikisiki treated me. I had just bought from Spar and walked into Tops to get two beverages. I happened to walk in with my plastic, of which the guard said was not allowed and I apologized. He kept insulting me , at which point I asked him what more can I do as I've apologized and I also said he can search my plastic should there be a problem. He then told the teller not to assist me, to which she comp**** and I left the store without what I needed. It's sad that we are undermined like this by your staff. That we are treated as dogs when all we want is service. This was on Wed 21 June just before or after 5.
