Tops Parkrand

On Saturday i went to buy the Three ships mash tum whiskey special at Tops Parkrand. When i got to the till the price was rang up at the normal price. I asked the ge lady at the counter why she rang it up at normal price, she said there was no coldrink.

My problem with the situation is her complete arrogance by just lifting up her shoulders and saying "no coldrink". With absolute no attempt to check for a substitution or at the spar itself for the coldrink she wasn't bothered in service.

My main problem is not the coldrink nor the price even but her total lack of customer service that put me off. It is better then to shop elsewhere i would imagine
