Tops employee disrespectful

Purchased 24 pack of beer at tops Rosslyn assisted by Jacobeth Kometsi who was rude,disrespectful and lacks customer service telling me that their store does not swipe MasterCard they only insert card with chip .so couldn’t understand because if speedpoint does not swipe MasterCard in a big branded store like tops they will loose clients and she rep**** to me that they have many lossing me as client will not affect their business at all I can go and buy elsewhere because they have customers who they respect,the one’s who are buying Hennessy not me buying 24 pack of beer.for an employee to tell a customer that,it’s very rude she needs disciplined or I will take this matter to legal team if management will not deal with her.
