Tops bottle **** advertising phoenix

Hi, on Saturday 23th November 2019, I visited tops bottle store at phoenix Starwood durban, I saw a special adverti*****t of a cider for a case lot 24 for R239 for 500ml, I wanted to purchase it, took it to the cashier were I was refused saying it's not on special, the manager of the store was very rude and unhelpful, very embarrassing, no customer service, he gives me a case lot of 24 for a higher price and less quantity 330ml, I paid the full price of R280 because of his attitude, he took the advertised board saying it was a mistake. Soo I guess we customers must beaware of **** advertising hey.
