Tops @ spar Nina Park

I ordered from Tops Nina park on the 26th of August and my order got cancelled for reasons I don't understand, and the money went off my account. I did not receive my order nor get my money back. I tried to call this store since this day at no avail. Their phones aren't going through, nor do they reply to my emails. Their email contact form doesn't give you a copy of your message to them, nothing whatsoever.... useless service from this store! I called spar nina park today on *** and the guy who answered told me it's not spar nor tops, then he hanged up immediately. Another number they use is *** and it's never going through. I think this is what they do at this store to ******* innocent customers. I want my money back!!!
