Tops at spar closes at 5:30pm?

I went to the Tops @ Spar this evening at 5:30pm and they were closed. As far as I understand it, most Tops stay open until 8pm? The staff sit in the shop laughing at patrons outside saying that theY're closed for loadshedding but there IS NO loadshedding scheduled for the entire day (nor has it come on as it would on any normal day that is is scheduled). I just want to understand what your operating hours are, because you have a very convenient handwritten sign that changes daily and there is absolutely no consistency. This branch gives the Spar brand a bad name - not the sort of service I've ever received from them.
