49 minutes ago Today I was buying Ciggarettes at the counter and was served by a lady named Sphesihle Mnguni. She gave me wrong ciggarettes she didnt hear me properly as she was also talking to her co - worker. I then told her as she said to me me in a cheeky attitute "phela mina angibhemi" meaning that she gave me wrong ciggarettes because she does not smoke. Now my question is dont the employees get proper training on what they are selling and also on how to treat customers?
