told that I have to spend R20 to draw money
On Friday, the 18th of March, I went to Spar in Letsoho shopping centre to buy bread and wanted to withdraw some cash, as my bank advices me to withdraw from the tills rather than the ATM, but the lady at the til, Khanyisile Mavimbela,l told me that I have to spend, at least, R20 in order to withdraw cash. THERE'S NOWHERE IN THE STORE WHERE IT SAYS YOU HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST R20 TO BE ABLE TO DRAW CASH FROM THE TILLS.
