THEY RESPOND BUT THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
So what does 'I will escalate this' mean exactly?<br> <br> It means you have responded to the complaint but actually do NOTHING about it. There, responded now move on to the next complaint. Makes Spar look good. That's all that matters. Pathetic.
