They only notice the bad things you do, and don’t wanna pay me as they fired me

I just lost my job just for a useless thing, they only notice what you’re doing bad not the good things, so that they can easily fire you,I’ve done 2 or 3 mistakes, but no they didn’t got time to see what I use to do, like I’m the fastest person in the bakery, the Manger Tyler sucks, and he must pay me but he did not mention it
