There's no management

I was at Spar yesterday, the one that is near the Library in Queenstown, their service was horrible, there was no manager on site, I had to leave without the quotation I was sent to get, I recieved no help, after waiting aaaand waiting I eventually had to ask who's gonna assist me, I was told there's no manager.
