The ill treatment of staff at Karaglen Spar

From July 2022 I was working at Karaglen Spar and the treatment the supervisors have toward the cashiers is sickening particularly Mary Mazibuko. She treats people terribly and she once told me she hates me in front of a customer simply for asking for a void. At the start of December 2022 she got me fired because I had my nails done and she wanted me to take them out and I refused. I tried to explain that other cashiers had nails or was the problem the fact that 'I' had nails. She swore at me and accused me of acting smart and that if I don't want to work I should leave because I'm very much replaceable, because she is older than me I didn't get into much of an argument with her I decided to cry and leave. The next day I came back asking for a code of conduct to confirm if what she was saying is true and I was met with my final cheque. I was told they can't work with a disrespectful cashier and that I should leave. I was not given a chance to explain anything, jist fired just like that.
