(Northern Cape-Hartswater) A cashier by the name of Sechaba,is full of energy ,loves his job so much,appreciate every moment he has to help a client,im just staying nearby the store everyday i shop there,this cashier is ever smiling,full of energy scanning,packing,focused ,willing to assist .im gobsmacked by his abilities.

Good customer service means meeting your customers’ needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way. Customer service can mean many things, depending on the environment. In retail, it could entail directing shoppers to the right part of the store or assisting them with a product issue.thats what Sechaba does in the store. he is very neat,in full uniform,patient,ready to assist,is never moody during my stay at Hartswater
