The Acres Spar- Terrible Service with untrained staff!

I was at The Acres Spar in Port Elizabeth. What a disgusting service I received! I asked to buy the Spar meal of the day and requested that they give me a different gravy as the gravy they normally serve with the meal tastes really bad. The lady who was serving me looked to me with sharp eyes and irritated face that I'd have to take it or leave it. She was even bold to tell me that all the ladies serving there don't like serving me as I don't like their gravy and they all run away from me when I come to buy the meal. I asked for a manager to request for me to be served a different gravy with the meal, the manager came and told me that they can't give me a different gravy. I told him that I buy from their store every day and that I'd stop buying from them, he didn't even apologize or try to keep me as a customer, he simply said it's fine I don't have to buy from them. I work with customers everyday.... I've never seen such horrible service. I pay for the food, it's not as if I get it for free. If I ever set my foot at the Acres Spar again... Only God knows!
