Thank You Peter Van der Merwe

I wrote a complaint about Rynfield Terrace Superspar's service, attitude and the way we were treated after 6 years of loyalty to them and spending a minimum of R15 000 per month there. I feel it is only fair and right that I wrote a complaint where I felt it was needed and therefore it is more than fair to write a compliment when it is due. Mr Van der Merwe responded to my call and listened to my complaints. Not only did he address the situation at hand, but I must compliment him regarding the manner he handled it. He handled it with respect, sincerity, calmness & he made me feel at ease. He also sent an email addressing the matter & apologised (which I feel was not even needed as he is not responsible for others' actions). He also wrote in the letter which steps have been taken to correct the matter. We will without a doubt return to Rynfield Superspar & support them 100%. I will meet with Mr Van der Merwe when I return to Spar not only to thank him in person, but as well as be able to place a face to the gentleman who was kind enough to put us at ease & reassuring us that the past will not repeat itself. We would like to thank you Mr Van der Merwe on your outstanding response.
