Terrible services at Haasendal TOPS

on 17/09/2022 I personally went to the SPAR HAASENDAL TOPS and bought a Heineken 12 product. Upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that I had mistakenly chosen the incorrect product from the one I was sent to buy, I stay far from the shop and could not drive back to exchange this product for the correct one.

on 22/09/2022 I proceeded and approached HAASENDAL TOPS to get a refund as I couldn't use the product due to it being the wrong product that I had bought. Upon my arrival, I was attended by a rude and not friendly gentleman that goes by the name of Justin. He listened to my story in arrogance and checked the product out by tearing the box open as it was sealed. He then proceeded to call me like he is calling his boy and handed me over to Mr. Juandre who is a store manager, bare in mind that this guy Justin made no effort in even explaining to me where is he taking me and for what. The manager MR Juandre informed me that they cannot offer refunds and can only offer exchanges of the product with the same value as the same value. I informed Juandre that I am not interested in any product from SPAR and would love to have my money back, he refused to settle the refund nor could he refer me to the store's policy that states that.

There are 2 complaints in this record the first one is about the manner I was handled by the aggressive Justin that makes my blood boil and the second one is about the fact that I was denied a refund by the manager Juandre.

I left the product under their own responsibility as I am no longer interested in the products.
