Terrible service from Spar Knowles

I did an online order for the first time from Spar Knowles on 26/06/2025. My delivery was half an hour late with no way to track the driver. That was frustrating. Also there were 3 items that I did not receive. No one informed me that those orders were out of stock or gave me an alternative to choose from. I sent numerous emails informing Spar that I would like my money back for the items I did not receive. No answer. I am so disappointed in the service and I will not recommend anyone to purchase online from that store.
