Terrible service from menlyn Maine spar

I ordered a birthday cake for my partner and specifically asked for vanilla sponge with buttercream but was given a cake with only jam between the layers which my partner does not eat so he would not even have a piece of his own birthday cake, after complaining all the manger could say was it is disappointing and she is sorry! Totally unacceptable
