Terrible Service from Deli department, SuperSparUmlazi Megacity

On friday the 22nd, I ordered a Chicken and Rib Platter for my staff, and the food was better than expected, Portion size were very big, to my excitement i ordered again for my family to see what i was raving about, BUT TO MY DISSAPOINTMENT IT DEFINETELY WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER ON SUNDAY, the portion size was the opposite of what i received on friday, which is very dissapointing for the amount i paid, i contacted the person in charge of the Deli, told her my experience and she gave me terrible attitude which was uncalled for,@SupersparMegacity i need an explaination on why each order differs in sizes while the amount does not change, as well as the bad service from the staff, i need to be contacted ASAP!!!
