terrible service ever

<p>we arrived at the store at 19h40 to purchase the security refused to let us in we asked for a manager she said they are closed were as the trading hours are stating tht they are suppose to close at 20h00. she also refused to even to speak to us she just said its for their safety tht they are closed she was so rude and there were also other customers tht wanted to buy. the staff were busy cleaning the store before 20h00 .service was so poor special from the manager .Tops at spar in adderley street. i am so disappointed with the service and the way the manager addressed us, she had an audesity to shut the door on us, service was appauling i have worked in retail before i know how things work. if this is the way they run bussines they will loose customers i am so unhappy i travelled 30km to town to purchase alcohol knowing that they close at 20h00 only to be disrecpected by the rude manager and staff.</p>
