Terrible service at Austerville Spar

I went to Austerville Spar today to purchase Pampers diapers which were on special. Firstly they didn't have stock of any of the Pampers that was advertised,even though the special only starts today. Secondly the service that I received from the staff was disgusting,the lady at the front desk asked me what do I want her to do that they don't have stock. I tried explaining that you can not advertise a special and not have stock on the first day, again I was met with a " So what do you want me to do?". That's no way to speak to customers. She then told me that the might deliver tomorrow or on Friday. Again why advertise something that you don't have. She then had the cheek to tell me I must take my pamphlet,what must I still do with a useless pamphlet. I will never shop there again,I'm disgusted by the service I received today.
