Terrible Service and Stinking Attitude

On Thursday the 14th of May, I went to the Spar in Pineslopes at 19:20. This spar is the closest to my house and therefore is My spar, I do my groceries there and I am there almost every evening to buy whatever I need for my house and most importantly I love their Biltong. On this particular day I got there late because of the load shedding, and I ordered form the ready made meals then walked to the wine section to get myself a bottle of wine. When I got back I found that my food had not been warmed up and asked the guy to please warm it I mean that is why I left it there to give them time to warm it. The guy quickly told me he cant because they are closed!! Was so shocked I asked him for his name and plain refused to give me his name, a lady who was there quickly offered to help me. By the time I got to the till the everyone was fed up and I heard one of the ladies say she is late because she is drunk from that wine she is holding, and the mumbling and grinning went on I was so uncomfortable and at the same time glad there was no one else at the store to hear the words that were directed to me. Manager on duty was Casper who did nothing to manage the situation
