Terrible service and not adhering to lockdown protacol

This is a very bad review of Northway spar pietermaritzburg, my parents went in to buy some goods, at the till once goods were paid for my father opened a chocolate which he had paid for, and it was rotten, he then asked the cashier to exchange it, the cashier then called the floor manager to assist. The floor manager then said that he could not help and said he would call the store manager, while waiting for the store manager, the floor manager returned with a security guard and started shouting at them in front of the store. The security guard then threw the chocolate in my father's face, and started swearing when they asked the security guard to step back for social distancing. The security guard started screaming that they stole the chocolate. Eventually after a scuffle with the security guard the store manager arrived chandnes Naidoo, he then told them that he is only the acting manager and cannot assist them, they would need to return to speak to the actual manager Ivan the next day. This is ridiculous service, firstly during covid 19 there is no social distancing, there is hardly any cashiers wearing mask, their are security guards treating customers badly, there are *********** managers. We wants spar to pay for our entire family to get tested for covid 19 at a cost of 900 per member, of 5 members. And a formal apology from spar, this will go viral, until this is sorted and the security guard is removed. I cannot believe we have received this service, we are residents of woodlands and support spar. I will never go there again, but I will make sure that this will not go unnoticed, a case of assault has being opened with the saps and the security guard, and we will be as well sueing spar for endangering life's, if we get sick, we will as well be charging spar with not adhering to lockdown protacol, and attempted ******. I need a response asap on ***.this happend today at 16:16pm
