Terrible Service

Everyday I purchase lunch at Spar for +/- 8 people a day. Today I went to spar to purchase lunch for 12:00, I asked for fish and chips and they told me that they cannot assist with the fish I have to come back after 14:00 because they are only preparing the fish at 12:00, this is becoming a regular thing. According to me lunch hour starts from 12:00. Everyday there is an excuse or problem, products is barely available and if you complain about the terrible service or lack of stock you always get some excuse. No matter the complaints nothing is being done about the terrible service. Is there someone who we can complain to, Spar has always been an upmarket store but nowadays I am in doubt.
