TERRIBLE SERVICE

Some of the cashiers at the Florida Junction Spar expects you to run around and do their work. When you address the matter with them they humiliate and laugh at you. We had two terrible encounters with the same cashier on different days and have reported her on both occassions to the management and to the regional management. We were informed that they would deal with the matter......... We specifically requested to be updated on the outcome of our complaint to no avail. We have been waiting for over two months for the purported resolution. We suppose, If management can't even honour their undertakings then it should not come as a surprise that the staff assumes they may serve their customers with such rude attitude
