Terrible online service

I placed an online order with Spar Kromboom on Saturday. I waited until after the delivery slot time and nothing had been delivered... the app just kept showing PROCESSING.

I called the store and they then realized that my order had not been attended to yet and then the items I wanted was not in stock.

I said to the lady but the app doesn't show that there is no stock. She then canceled my order. I was very annoyed because I needed the items and I had been waiting all that time.

I now called to find out when the funds will be paid back into my account... because I then had to drive to the kenilworth store to get the items that wasn't on special in the store but on the app.

Now then still telling me to wait 7 to 14 days for the money to be paid back. This is ridiculous honestly. It was my first time using the online app for spar... I will never order online again... I've never had this kind of problem with Checkers or Woolworths.
