Terrible experience with spar 2 U app

I made a purchase using spar 2 U app, the payment went through and I was later informed that my delivery will be the following day after waiting for an hour for my order to be delivered I then cancelled the order but still did not get my refund the number on the help/ support section on the app is showing and ERROR if I try to log a call with them I left my message on the help/ support section but was still not assisted it been over 5 days now
