terrible experience, no assistance at all

I waited 30 minutes waiting to be assisted at spar morningfield until I left without any assistance whatsoever, they kept on saying the cashier is in the bathroom some saying she's with Gogo, others say she's at HR, tell me where do I enter in all of those things? Wasted 30 minutes of my time ended up being late to work and the people at spar kept on with their conversations and chit chat while I stood there. Soo mad with spar
