Terrible experience

<p>I have been into the Cross Spar in Musina a number of time so far during the month of December. Every expreience is unpleasant. The staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful, a large number of the items that are on the shelves are either not priced at all or ring up at a much higher price at the till. This is hardly the first time that this has happened. I have brought this to the attention of the store managers and they do not even apoligize nor do they rectify the problem. My latest complaint is that as it is Christmas, I am wanting an uncooked gammon. They do not have any instock and are not even sure as to when they would recieve. This has been the story for almost three weeks. Regarding the products that are currently on special, various items are not available in stock, and as i have learnt before, the day after the special ends, the shelf is fully stocked. This is unacceptable for a SPAR, and then I ask for the manager, I am told that I must go to him accross a car park to his office. This is very unprofessional as the office is in a bottle store and therefore no manager is available in the store.</p>
