Terrible customer service and zero urgency to resolve customer queries.

I placed an order on your app from this store and was charged R 455.07 but my order had missing items and was supposed to be charged R 266.90 and I have not received my refund till today. Calling the store for help is useless as they always want to call you back without even hearing the issue. I went to enquire at the store and was told to wait for 7 days and still nothing in my account. I cannot even request refund via your app as it does not have this option. I urgently want my money back and will never use this frustrating service again, I have called the store over 10 times with no one assisting just being told to leave the number and will be called back. Please refund me my money!!!!!! Always calling you back, thats all the staff will say when you enquire.
