Terrible customer service and Rude cashier!!!

I went to Spar to buy a few essentials today and was served by a very rude teller by the name of Opi (as per the till slip) she was on till #009 , Cashier 4 at 13:59. When I asked to withdraw cash, she says why didn’t I tell her before scanning my groceries cause I’m going to finish her till money and I asked where is it written that we should ask before and she gave me a very stinking attitude and said now I know what I should do next time; really? Is that how customers are spoken to? Treated? I get that everyone is frustrated during this time , because she was even talking to the packer about how they don’t like being in tills as there’s a greater risk of getting the virus but they should not take it out on customer cause they don’t even know what they are going through themselves. When you work with people you treat them with at-most respect and explain whatever that needs to be communicated with respect and a smile.
