Terrible customer service and false advertising

On 16th may 2015 I visited the marina spar before 8am and I wanted to purchase something from Tops and the sign on the door read that it opens at 8am so I waited and at 8am my friend and I stood outside the door waiting for it to open when a black gentleman said that we should go into spar and ask the manager to give us what we needed,so my friend went to a man who looked white or coloured n very politely asked him for redsquares and he instantly started yelling at us in front of everyone and said they don't open at that time so I asked why does the sign say 8am and he refused to answer my question,he just kept yelling that he won't loose his license for redsquares which imp**** that if we bought more he might have assisted! We then went back in the afternoon and I took a pic of the sign on the door which says 8am and I asked the cashier wats the man's name and she was just as unfriendly saying she doesn't know his name then she called him and he starts yelling once again and says we can go ahead and complain he doesn't care and they all laughed! I've been to many.spar and tops branches and this is the first one that gives pathetic service! I will report this everywhere!
