TERRIBLE customer service

The complaint is with SuperSpar @ Village Mall Kloof . I had been debited 3 different amounts on 7 May 2018 . All for the amount of R511.93 . This has now put me in a Minus figure with my Bank , which has "hurt " my profile . I went to Spar with my Bank Statement , and the person i spoke to could not get his story correct . He told me that a batch of reversal was done on Sunday and Monday . But i have informed him that my amounts was taken off on Monday. Then he says to me that the reversal was done late . ( making up lies as he goes ) I told him that because of this , i am now in a minus figure with my bank profile . He says there's nothing he can do about it . He does not even try to assure me that things will be fine by Friday. What really made me loose my temper was , when gentleman came with the same query , the 2 so called Managers just ignored me completed, they just acted as if i was not there . He told me that i should go log a complaint with my bank. Why should i ? My bank did not debit my account 3 times over for purchases i had done in the past and that was already paid for. They were really ridiculous really . If they had only owned up to their mistake as a Store and assured my as a loyal customer that the money will be refunded into my account on a certain day, i would have been okay. But with all the lies . its Terrible . I spoke to Dhashen .
