TERRIBLE ATTITUDE STAFF AT SPAR ANGELO MALL!!!!!!

I bought a set of R70.00 batteries from spar, I went to my car to test them in my device. I found that the batteries did not work. I returned them but to my surprise they refused to take them. Instead they forced me to take something else.<br> <br> My issue is not about the batteries, it is the way the two ladies handled the situation. I assume they are supervisors or managers, I always see them overseeing things. They had VERY BAD ATTITUDES!!!!! they laughed at me, spoke in different languages about me INFRONT OF ME!! They made me seem petty, they made me feel small, foolish and like trash! not at all like a customer...I asked is this the way they deal with customers, they laughed at me and walked away! they didn't even attempt to solve my problem!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! EVER!!! they have no regard for the consumer protection act!!! They lack mutual respect! Integrity and accountability!!! SPAR ANGELO MALL SUCKS!!!
