Tams Spar Cradock worst customer and service when it comes to deliveries in Cradock

This is the worst place to buy on the Spar2U app. I placed an order for a lot of items and not even half of the items was delivered. I paid the price I saw on the app The owner of the store reduced my order without consulting with me first. I called the shop and the manager never called me back. I had to go to the store only to find out the Owner Mr. Keith Tams refuses to give me my order because he feels that I can't pay R17.99 for 24x500ml Monster (the price on the app). I paid R6.99 for a 2lt Strawberry ice cream my 8 was delivered. I'll send my order and everything.
